Conad del Tirreno

Conad del Tirreno is a large grocery cooperative of independent entrepreneurs in Tuscany, Latium, Sardinia, and the province of La Spezia with its points of sale.The BPM project was born as a response to demand by the members, who complained of inconsistency between the assortment and the products on the shelves. Members also wanted greater autonomy in the management of inventory policies separate from sales functions. Conad del Tirreno chose to work in partnership with Axway and adopted its BPM solution, powered by its Synchrony™ platform, to define and manage the new Space Management process. The solution has brought an organic nature and consistency to sales and procurement areas of the business.
