- On 7 October, 2010, TowerGroup Senior Research Director Susan Feinberg will join Axway Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Joe Fisher during a live webinar to explore best practices for client onboarding. The webinar will also cover what banks can learn about community management to streamline business interactions.
WHO
- Susan Feinberg is a senior research director in TowerGroup’s Wholesale Banking Research Service. A recognized thought leader in the area of global transaction services, Feinberg was a participant in the groundbreaking Financial Services Technology Consortium E-Check and BIPS (bank Internet payment system) projects. She holds a B.A. in Latin American studies from Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass. and an M.A. in law and diplomacy from Tufts University in Medford, Mass., U.S
- Joe Fisher is Axway’s EVP of worldwide marketing and has headlined many of Axway’s advances in the financial services industry. Prior to the Axway-Tumbleweed merger in 2008, Fisher served in a number of senior and executive level marketing and product management positions at Tumbleweed, while helping to manage the company’s successful email security and managed file transfer product lines. He received a B.S. in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, Calif., U.S.
